Executive Director for the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Baudette
This position is part-time and is responsible for the management of rental units at Westwood Housing and Maple Gate Apartments. Duties include screening and interviewing applicants, preparing reports, collecting rent, preparing annual budgets and conducting unit inspections. Computer knowledge is needed and experience in Housing management is preferred. Pay is based on experience.
